نسيت كلمة المرور

المدير: اختر «نسيت كلمة المرور؟» في صفحة تسجيل الدخول، وتصلك رسالة على بريدك الإلكتروني.

المعلم: اطلب من مدير المركز أن يعيّن لك كلمة مرور جديدة من صفحة المستخدمين.

رمز المركز

رمز المركز 6 أرقام، يجده المدير في الإعدادات ← المركز، ويعطيه للمعلمين.

العمل دون اتصال

يعمل التطبيق دون إنترنت، ويزامن التغييرات عند عودة الاتصال. حالة المزامنة ظاهرة في الصفحة الرئيسية وفي الإعدادات.

حذف الحساب أو المركز

من الإعدادات ← الحساب ← «حذف الحساب». ويستطيع المدير حذف المركز كله من الإعدادات ← المركز ← «حذف المركز». التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

Forgot your password

Admins: choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page, and you'll get an email.

Teachers: ask your center's admin to set a new password for you on the Users page.

The center code

The center code has 6 digits. The admin finds it in Settings → Center and gives it to the teachers.

Working offline

The app works without internet, and syncs changes when the connection is back. The sync state shows on the home page and in Settings.

Deleting your account or the center

In Settings → Account → "Delete account". An admin can delete the whole center in Settings → Center → "Delete the center". The privacy policy has the details.
