المراكز وبياناتها

كل مركز تحفيظ يسجّل في التطبيق هو صاحب البيانات التي يُدخلها عن طلابه ومعلميه، وهو من يقرر ما يُدخل منها. نحفظ هذه البيانات ونعالجها لتقديم الخدمة للمركز فقط.

البيانات التي نحفظها

المركز: اسمه ومنطقته الزمنية ورمزه.

المستخدمون (المديرون والمعلمون): الاسم، واسم المستخدم، ورقم الهاتف إن أُدخل، والبريد الإلكتروني للمديرين (لاستعادة كلمة المرور)، والدور والصلاحيات والحلقات المسندة. أما كلمة المرور فلا تُحفظ نفسها، بل تجزئة لا يمكن استرجاعها منها.

الطلاب (يُدخلها المركز): الاسم الكامل، وسنة الميلاد، والحلقة، والملاحظات، واتجاه الحفظ، ورقم هوية ولي الأمر إن أُدخل، والحضور والغياب، والمقاطع المسمَّعة، والواجبات والدرجات.

بيانات تقنية: رمز جلسة يبقيك مسجّل الدخول، ومعرّف عشوائي لكل جهاز يُستخدم في المزامنة، وعنوان IP في سجلات الخادم ولحماية تسجيل الدخول من المحاولات المتكررة.

كيف نستخدمها

لتقديم الخدمة فقط: تسجيل الدخول، ومزامنة البيانات بين الأجهزة، والتقارير والطباعة، ورابط ولي الأمر، ورسائل استعادة كلمة المرور، وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.

لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تحليل أو تتبع، ولا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

أين تُحفظ

تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم Amazon Web Services وفي قاعدة بيانات MongoDB Atlas، في فرانكفورت بألمانيا، وتُرسل رسائل البريد الإلكتروني عبر Amazon SES. يعالج هؤلاء المزوّدون البيانات نيابةً عنا لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.

على جهازك

ليعمل التطبيق دون اتصال، يحفظ نسخة من بيانات حلقاتك على جهازك. تُحذف هذه النسخة عند تسجيل الخروج.

رابط ولي الأمر

يعرض رابط ولي الأمر شهر الطالب لمن يملك الرابط ورقم هوية ولي الأمر المسجّل للطالب. يتذكر المتصفح الجهاز 30 يومًا بملف تعريف ارتباط (cookie)، ويمكن نسيانه بزر «خروج من هذا الجهاز».

الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه إلى المعلمين وإدارة المراكز، لا إلى الأطفال. قد تخص بيانات الطلاب قاصرين، والمركز هو من يُدخلها، وعليه الحصول على موافقة أولياء الأمور حيث يلزم ذلك.

مدة الحفظ والحذف

نحفظ البيانات ما دام حساب المركز قائمًا.

يستطيع كل مستخدم حذف حسابه من الإعدادات ← الحساب ← «حذف الحساب»، ويستطيع مدير المركز حذف المركز وكل بياناته من الإعدادات ← المركز ← «حذف المركز». الحذف فوري ونهائي. أما النسخ الاحتياطية لدى مزوّد الاستضافة، إن وُجدت، فتُحذف عند انتهاء مدتها.

حقوقك

يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها من التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا. وإن كنت وليّ أمر طالب، فتواصل مع مركز التحفيظ بشأن بياناته، أو راسلنا.

الحماية

تنتقل البيانات بين جهازك والخادم مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور محفوظة بتجزئة Argon2، ولا يرى كل مستخدم إلا ما تسمح به صلاحياته.

التغييرات

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة، نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها.

Who we are

Centers and their data

Each memorization center that registers owns the data it enters about its students and teachers, and decides what to enter. We store and process that data only to provide the service to the center.

What we store

The center: its name, time zone and code.

Users (admins and teachers): name, username, phone number if entered, email address for admins (for password reset), role, permissions and assigned classes. Passwords are never stored themselves, only a hash they can't be recovered from.

Students (entered by the center): full name, birth year, class, notes, memorization direction, the parent's ID number if entered, attendance, recited portions, homework and marks.

Technical data: a session token that keeps you signed in, a random identifier per device used for syncing, and IP addresses in server logs and to protect sign-in from repeated attempts.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: signing in, syncing between devices, reports and printing, the parent link, password-reset emails, and protecting the service from abuse.

We show no ads, use no analytics or tracking tools, and don't sell data or share it for marketing.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers and in a MongoDB Atlas database in Frankfurt, Germany; emails are sent through Amazon SES. These providers process the data on our behalf, only to run the service.

On your device

So the app works offline, it keeps a copy of your classes' data on your device. That copy is deleted when you sign out.

The parent link

The parent link shows a student's month to whoever has the link and the parent ID number registered for the student. The browser remembers the device for 30 days with a cookie, which the "Sign out on this device" button forgets.

Children

The app is meant for teachers and center staff, not for children. Student data may concern minors; the center enters it, and is responsible for getting parents' consent where that's required.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as the center's account exists.

Every user can delete their account in Settings → Account → "Delete account", and a center's admin can delete the center with all its data in Settings → Center → "Delete the center". Deletion is immediate and permanent. Backup copies kept by the hosting provider, if any, are deleted when they expire.

Your rights

You can see and correct your data in the app, or by writing to us. If you're a student's parent, contact the memorization center about the student's data, or write to us.

Security

Data travels encrypted between your device and the server (HTTPS), passwords are stored as Argon2 hashes, and each user sees only what their permissions allow.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its date.
